Careers

RLS & Associates provides a pleasant working environment with excellent benefits as well as the opportunity to set your own career path.

Most of our new associates start their careers in our Accounting Services Division. We believe the surest way for our associates to learn about our McDonald’s owner/operators and other clients is to work with them on a day-to-day basis. Then each associate can, to a large degree, determine where he or she will go within the firm.

Our goal is to provide the highest quality and most efficient service to our clients. To do this, we strive to provide our staff with the most comfortable working conditions including up-to-date computer equipment, the latest software, private offices, and family friendly atmosphere.

We offer a comprehensive benefit package including paid Continuing Professional Education courses, a generous paid-time-off policy, a 401(k) plan, a dependent care salary reduction plan and health, dental, life, and disability insurance. We also enjoy “Summer Hours” allowing us to get a jump on the weekends during our non-busy season.

Each member on our professional staff, regardless of CPA status, is required to complete over 40 hours of Continuing Professional Education (CPE) classes per year in such areas as taxation, personal development skills, and computer and software developments. We complete our CPE requirements using self-study, computer assisted learning programs, in-office seminars, and off-site training programs.

As in every business, people make the difference. With our experience and expertise, our firm is second to none in providing quality tax accounting and consulting services to our clients.
