Cheryl A. Chaney worked at McDonald's during High School and moved to Alabama in 1985 to work for an owner/operator for 13 years. She relocated to Georgia in 1998 to work for RLS as an Accountant. |

Deanna A. Olton, CPA, graduated from Hunter College in New York with a B.S. in Accounting. Deanna is originally from New York where she worked at a CPA firm in Manhattan before moving to Georgia. Deanna joined the RLS staff in September 2004 as a member of the tax team. |

Debra joined the firm in April 2007 as a paraprofessional. She resides in Monticello with her husband. |

Edie Adair received a Certificate of Secretarial Science from DeKalb Tech. She worked as a legal secretary for seven years, then became a full-time mom. Edie returned to the work force 15 years ago working in administrative positions. She has been with the firm for 12 years doing a little bit of everything including keeping up with time reports, vacations, client changes, billing, depreciation, and tax returns. |

Erna is originally from Bosnia, and moved to the United States in August of 1997. She graduated from University of Georgia in December of 2006 with a BBA in Accounting and Risk Management and Insurance. Her plans include attending Georgia State University to obtain her Masters in Accounting, and working towards her CPA.

Felicia joined the firm in November 2007 as a paraprofessional. She worked for McDonald's during high school and has been in the accounting/finance field for the past 6 years. She and her husband currently live in Covington, GA.

Heidi started her public accounting career in 1998 at a firm in Sandy Springs before joining Richard Sparkmon & Associates in November 2002 as a member of the Tax Team.
