Tammy H. Deaton - Co-Director of Accounting Services

Tammy Deaton graduated from Georgia State University in August 2000 with a BBA in Accounting. She has been with the firm since August 1998 and currently serves as an Accounting Services Representative.

Kim H. Glaze received her Associate’s Degree in Office Administration from DeKalb College. She joined the firm in June of 1994 as an Administrative Assistant and was promoted in July of 1995 to Executive Assistant. Kim earned her CPS (Certified Professional Secretary) certification in November 2000.

Judy Hatch joined RLS & Associates in March of 2001.  She has worked in the accounting field since 1994 and attended Clayton College & State University as a mathematics major.  She serves as an Accounting Services Representative, Accounting Paraprofessional Team Leader, and Paraprofessional trainer for new team members.  She resides in Loganville with her husband and two daughters.

Kelley Manders, CPA, graduated with a BBA in Accounting from North Georgia College & State University and joined the firm in 1998. She serves as an Accounting Services Representative in the North Georgia satellite office.

Mathew R. Payne, Technology Director, Mathew has spent the last 15 years working with businesses developing, implementing and supporting, information technology systems. Mat currently is a Microsoft Certified System Engineer and provides information technology direction for the firm. Mathew also provides our clients with expert solutions and support.

Carrie Smith graduated from State University of West Georgia in March 1998 with a BBA in Accounting. She has been with the firm since December 1997 serving as Team Leader and Co-Director of Accounting Services. She worked at McDonald’s during high school and became a swing manager during college. She lives in Loganville with her husband and two children.
